This Privacy Policy describes how Tachin.ai (“Tachin,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes information about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with our business-to-business services (the “Services” or “Company B2B Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when an Authorized User (as referenced in the Terms of Use) accesses or uses our websites and other online products and services offered under the Company B2B Services or otherwise interacts with us, such as through our customer support channels. Where we process personal information in the course of providing the Company B2B Services, we do so on behalf of and pursuant to agreements with our B2B customers, rather than pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide to Us
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The categories of information we collect include:
- Identifiers: we collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and the customer identity and information (your employer or independent contractor) that has designated you as an Authorized User for purposes of accessing the Company B2B Services. We also generate an identifier that we associate with your account.

Tachin.ai is headquartered in the United States and we have operations and vendors in the United States and other countries. Therefore, we and those who perform work for us may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide levels of data protection that are equivalent to those of your home jurisdiction.
